At Yrza, we prioritize your health and safety. As our products are personal care and cosmetic items, we follow strict hygiene standards. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges—except in the rare case of damaged or incorrect items.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items once they have been sold or delivered. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, purity, and integrity of every product.

2. Exceptions for Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Include the following in your email to help us resolve the issue quickly:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

3. Refunds (If Approved)

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we confirm the issue.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
